Welcome to The Oaks Foundation

The Oaks Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization (tax ID 34-172438), raises funds to support the Life Care Fund of Copeland Oaks, special programs and capital projects for both Copeland Oaks and Crandall Medical Center. Top priority of The Oaks Foundation is providing financial assistance to residents of Copeland Oaks through the Life Care Fund for those who have outlived their financial resources. In our 53 years of existence, we have never asked someone to move because they could no longer afford the costs of their care.
